Sunday school
Our goal for Sunday School is to expose the children to our faith story while providing an experience that is positive and fun.
All children are welcome at Oak Hill United Methodist Church!
We begin Sunday School at 9:45 am in the Great Room of the Children's Building, then break out into smaller groups by age.

CHILDREN IN Worship
Children are an integral part of the worshiping congregation at Oak Hill UMC. We welcome children of all ages in worship and love to see and hear them learning by observation.
Each worship service includes a special “Children’s Time”,
and children are always welcome at the Lord’s Table to receive Holy Communion.
We also have a "Pray-ground", where children, under their parents' supervision, can quietly play during worship. This partitioned area near the organ has quiet activities that will enable children to be involved in quietly engaging activities and participating in worship, too.
However, if you prefer for your children to have a safe space to be more active, our nursery is open during worship services for children ages 0-5 years old.
Nursery & Child care
We offer a safe and inviting nursery in the Children's Building for children 0-5 years old during worship services.
Childcare is also available during the Sunday School hour for children 0-3 years old while older children attend classes.
Our childcare providers share the love of God with our youngest churchgoers, and all are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Safe Gatherings.
