Wise Women Book Study

Beginning Thursday, August 15 Pastor Missy will lead a small group of women through Rachel Held Evans' book Inspired. The author shares her own experience of wrestling with the scriptures that led to discovering the Bible as the Living Word of God that is meant to engage our questions, doubts, and imaginations. The group will reflect on the development of our own relationships with the holy stories of our faith and how God still speaks through them to inspire God's followers.

This 5-week study will meet on Thursdays from 7-8pm in the Parlor in the Adult Education Building from August 15 - September 12. Purchase the book on your own and come to class ready to discuss the Introduction. If you have any questions, contact Pastor Missy.
